Students

At USC, students are involved in all aspects of campus life, and our office strives to provide an equitable experience in all campus programs and activities. From our classrooms to planning our amazing events, the Office of Institutional Accessibility and ADA Compliance is here to offer guidance and helpful campus resources.

Request academic accommodations

Accommodations are designed to provide equal access to the academic environment for students with disabilities. Students may connect with the Office of Student Accessibility Services (OSAS) and make requests for accommodations at any time.

Health leave of absence

USC’s health leave process is designed to help students step away from school when they need to focus on their health and well-being. Connect with a health leave coordinator for assistance with implementing a health leave plan.

Planning accessible events

In most cases, modifications for creating accessible events are free or low-cost but require early planning.

Office of Student Accessibility Services

OSAS is here to support students who seek accessibility services during their academic journey. We work with students, faculty, and staff to provide focused support and consultation, as needed.
